Pill off the skin on the 4 sausages. Add 1/2 table spoon of black pepper and paprika.mix them together

Boil 4 eggs for 15 min

Pill off the eggs to remove the outer shell. Wrap each egg with sausage meat to form four balls.

The remaining two eggs mix them on a plate.

Coat the four eggs with breadcrumbs then deep fry with oild to form crispy scotch egg as on the picture above
