  • 1Egg
  • 5 mlVanilla Essence
  • 500 mlFlour
  • 5 mlBaking Soda
  • 2,5 mlSalt
  • Green Gell Food Colouring
  • Red Heart Sprinkles

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Cream the Margarine and Sugar.

    Whisk in the Egg and Vanilla Essence beat to combine.

    Mix in the Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.

    Mix in the Green Gell Food Colouring until you reached the desired colour.

    Scoop teaspoon full of dough into a lined baking sheet 5 cm apart and place a Red Heart Sprinkles in the middle of each cookie.

    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are set and bottoms start to turn golden.
