Ingredients

20 minutes
2-3 persons
  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1medium size onion (sliced)
  4. 1medium size onion (sliced)
  5. 100 grunner beans (chopped into finger size)
  6. 2medium size potatoes (chopped into small fingers)
  7. as per requirementChopped Onion greens (handful)
  8. as requiredSalt to taste
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop and keep everything ready.

    Next heat a kadai with oil.
    Splutter cumin seeds. Add medium size onion slices. Saute till brownish.
    Next add potato fingers.

    Saute the potatoes for some time.
    Next add the chopped runner beans.
    Put salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.

    After adding the dry masalas, give a nice gentle mix.
    Saute for some time.
    Next cover and cook till everything is softened.
    Add onion greens.
    Mix and continue sauteing.

    Add onion slices. Give a mix.
    Saute without cover at medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

    It's ready!!
    Serve with rice/ roti.
