Chicken Drumsticks

Take chicken legs in a pan.Add chopped onion,bay leaf,ginger garlic paste and 1/4tsp salt.Add 1 cup water.Cook till soft.Dry liquid if any.

Shredd the chicken legs.Reserve the bone pieces.

Take grated potatoes in a mixing bowl,add chilli flakes,oregano,2 tbsp bread crumbs,a little salt,pepper powder and shredded chicken.

Mix well.Divide the mixture into 4 equall parts.Give oval shapes to each part.Pierce bone of leg in each part.Keep adide.

Whisk the egg in a bowl after adding a pinch of salt into it

Now coat each drumstick with cornstarch.Dip in egg.Coat with breadcrumbs.Prepare all four.

Heat oil in a pan.Fry the drumsticks on medium heat till golden.

Take out.Enjoy with sauce.
