All ingredients are take a ready

Take a Bajara four in mixing bowl
Add the all ingredients except sesame seed and knead a soft, smooth roti dough. - 3
Make a equal size ball from dough. Flat the ball with fingers and dip the both sides in the dry flour. Sprinkled the some flour and sesame seed on rolling pad. Than flattered the roti with fingers in round shape. Heat the tawa on medium flame. Than put on the roti in middle. Spread some water with fingers.

Cook till one side is golden brown, Than flip rthe roti and spread some ghee. Than flip the roti another side. Cook till both sides are golden brown.

A very healthy, taste, crispy
Bajara Methi Roti is ready for serve. Serve with curd, raita, pickle.
