  • 400گرام گوشت
  • سبزی :
  • ٹینڈے 400 گرام
  • مصالحہ :
  • پیاز 2 عدد باریک کاٹ لیں
  • ٹماٹر 3 عدد باریک کاٹ لیں
  • 3ہری مرچ
  • ادرک/لہسن پیسٹ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
  • مصالحہ جات:
  • لال مرچ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
  • ہلدی پاوڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • خشک دھنیا پاوڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • زیرہ 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • نمک حسب ذائقہ
  • گھی 3 کھانے کے چمچ

    پیاز کو گھی میں فرائی کر لیں،سنہرا ہونے پہ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کے بھون لیں۔

    پھر گوشت ڈالیں اس کو ہلکا سا بھون کے اس میں ٹماٹر ڈال دیں اور 2 منٹ بھون کے 1/2 کپ پانی لگا کے ککر بند کر کے گوشت گلنے دیں۔

    جب گوشت آپ کو اندازہ ہو کہ گوشت گل گیا ہے اور پانی تقریبا خشک ہو گیا ہوگا تو ککر بند کر کے اس کو کھول دیں اور پھر اسے بھون لیں۔

    اب اس میں چھلے اور کٹے ہوئے ٹینڈے شامل کریں،تمام مصالحہ جات اور ہری مرچیں اور گھی نکلنے تک بھونیں۔

    پھر حسب ضرورت پانی ملا لیں اور اس کو گلنے کے لئیے درمیانی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔جب پانی خشک ہو جائے ہلکی سی گریوی رہ جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں۔ہرا مصالحہ چھڑک کے گرم روٹی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
