Take all flours in mixing bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, amchur powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, oil, salt, cumin seeds, carrom seeds and white sesame.

Add coriander leaves in bowl.

Knead it and make a tight dough.

Make balls in four part and roll it as shown in picture. Roll in cylindrical shape.

While steaming, grease the vessel with oil. Place in cooker or steamer. Steam it for 25 minutes. Cool it down.

Cut it. Now it becomes vadi. Deep fry or shallow fry it.

You may take as you required to eat. Remaining steamed vadi, you may keep in refrigerator.

Kothimbir vadi is ready to indulge. Enjoy hot vadi in cold weather. Have it with ketchup or pudina chutney.
