In a clean pot, add a moderate amount of water and a little amount of palm oil or ground oil and allow it to boil for about 5 minutes

Sieve the cassava flour and add it into the boiling water and stir using a wooden paddle. continue to stir it until it’s stick and stacked up together and put aside.
Package and arrange it in a cooler and set aside

In a clean pot, add some palm oil into the pot and allow to fry.chop the onions and mix it the egusi and add a little amount of water to make a paste.
Add the mixture into the the pot and stir on a low heat. - 4
After stirring for about 3-5 min, add some amount of stock meat into the pot and allow to cook for 3 min

Wash and Cut the ugu leaves into smaller pieces, grind or blend the scotch bonnets, onions and bell peppers and set aside

Add the blended bell peppers into the pot.
Add crayfish, ugu leaves, cooked meat,kidney and liver, and fish into the pot - 7
Add your seasoning, spices (parsley is one of the spices) and a bit of salt into the pot and allow to cook for about 5-10Min

Your delicious cuisine is ready to serve
