Take the baby corn cut them 1 into 2.

Add corn flour,salt in baby corn and water mix it well coat it nicely.

Deep fry them until crispy and keep it aside.

Chopped the garlic and chilli finely.

Cube cut the capsicum and onion

Heat a pan add oil then add garlic and chilli.

Cook until raw flavour goes away.

The add onion and capsicum and cook in high flame.

Then add the sauces, jaggery, little salt in last add the baby corn mix it.

Serve it hot garnish with sesame seeds.
