Blending the green bean. Set aside. Heat the wok, put the vegetables oil. Add garlic stir fry until fragrant. Add green bean, sugar, salt, pepper water and fried shallots. Stir fry until smooth and sticky. Allow them to completely cool down. Then roll into a small ball (10 g).

Mix all ingredients together. Heat the wok, pour the ingredients. Cook over medium heat continue stir for 7 mins. Turn off the stove. Continue stir. Put some into the mold add the stuffed pour the batter to cover it. Steam for 7-10 minutes on over high heat. Let it cool down completely. Take it out of the mold.
