Methi Subzi (Fenugreek leaves Dry Curry)

Heat mustard oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Allow to splutter them.

Add onion, garlic and both green and red dry chilli. Saute.

Mix the chopped veggies mentioned earlier. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cook till half done.

Mix chopped resh Fenugreek leaves. Cook in medium flame till aromatic and done.
