Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 3 cupschopped fresh methi leaves
  • 1potato chopped into chunks
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cupfresh green peas
  • 1/4 cupboiled corn
  • 1medium onion diced
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 Tspgarlic cloves chopped
  • 1green chilli
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1/3 Tspturmeric powder
  • 1/3 Tspsalt
  • 1/2 Tspcumin seeds and mustard seeds
  • 1 Tbspmustard oil

  1. 1

    Heat mustard oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Allow to splutter them.

    Add onion, garlic and both green and red dry chilli. Saute.

    Mix the chopped veggies mentioned earlier. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cook till half done.

    Mix chopped resh Fenugreek leaves. Cook in medium flame till aromatic and done.
