2large eggs
6 slicesAmerican smoked and brine packed Thanksgiving/Xmas ham
2 slicescheap american process kraft cheese slices
3-4 tbsbutter, salt and pepper

Split and toast your English muffins. Butter them hot with a couple tbs.

Fry the slices of ham in a tbs. Butter for a couple minutes on each side, over med high heat. Develop some browning and caramelization.

Fry your eggs well, break the yolk, get between hard and yolky... add the American Cheese slices to melt after seasoning with S&P, and flipping to 'over medium'.

Stack the egg and cheese, after the caramelized, and hot fried, smoked Ham slices upon the English muffins and sandwich. Serve.
