Wash Saag very nicely and chop finely.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add oil, allow to heat then add Nigella seeds and allow to crackle, then add chopped Saag + green chilli + turmeric powder + salt and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Gradually leaves releasing water, sauté for few more minutes till Saag is cooked well and water is evaporated.
Saag is ready to serve.
