Ingredients

30 minutes
4-5 people
  • 250 gmsbeans
  • 2big cut potatoes
  • 1Chopped onion and 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2Chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder and salt
  • 3 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tspteaspoom Garam masala
  • as requiredOil and jeera

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadhai, add jeera and onion.

  2. 2

    Than add ginger garlic paste and cook till it's raw aroma goes away and than add green chillies.

    Now add chopped beans. And cover the lid cook for 5 minutes.

    Than add chopped potatoes and again cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Now add dry masala except garam masala.

    Cook till potatoes and beans cook completely.

  7. 7

    Than add chopped tomatoes.

    Cook for another 10 minutes than add garam masala and switch off the flame.

    Ready to serve with chapati or parathe.
