Spinach kofta in Tomato gravy

Mix the ingredients for the kofta. Besan, spinach and the spices. No need of water as spinach has its own water. Bake the kofta at 200 degrees for 5mts

Grind the peanut and tomato to form paste

In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, tomato peanut paste amd mixwell

Add the spices and let the gravt thicken a bit
- 5
Now add the koftas and cook for 3mts so that koftas are softened and flavors are absorbed. Serve hot with paratha
