Stuffed Aloo Palak Paratha is a Punjabi style aloo palak paratha which is a sumptuous breakfast paratha. This Paratha is a wholesome meal by itself. I have used the most basic ingredients in making of aloo palak paratha. Made from potatoes, spinach, whole wheat flour and Indian spices. This can be eaten as such or with just pickles and curds.

Stuffed Aloo Palak Paratha is a Punjabi style aloo palak paratha which is a sumptuous breakfast paratha. This Paratha is a wholesome meal by itself. I have used the most basic ingredients in making of aloo palak paratha. Made from potatoes, spinach, whole wheat flour and Indian spices. This can be eaten as such or with just pickles and curds.

First of all, add wheat flour in a big pot, add salt and oil and mix well. After that add water little by little as needed and knead the flour. Now add oil to the flour and knead it into a soft and smooth dough. After that, cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now for the stuffing in a big bowl add chopped spinach leaves, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger, boiled grated potatoes, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, black salt powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, Add kasuri methi, chaat masala, chopped green coriander leaves and finely chopped garlic and mix everything well by hand.

Now knead the rested dough again. Now make a similar big balls of it. Now take a big ball of dough and roll a big thick roti.

Now spread 2 to 3 table spoons of stuffing on this roti in a triangle. After that close the edge of this roti by giving it a triangle shape around the stuffing. After that sprinkle the flour on top and gently roll the paratha.

Now heat the pan on medium gas flame and add the parathas to it, first fry a little on both sides, then apply oil or ghee on it and fry it on medium gas flame till golden design.

Now our healthy and nutritious Stuffed Aloo Palak Paratha is ready to serve. Serve this paratha hot.
