White Clams in White Wine and Garlic

Heat Mussel pot over medium heat then add the Plant Butter and melt it.

Add the Garlic and Chilli Flakes and cook stirring for 30 seconds.

Add the White Wine and bring to a simmer.

Place the Clams, Parsley and Lemon Juice in the pot, season with Salt and Pepper. Cover the pot, then simmer for until clams have opened.

Serve immediately, with Parsley and Lemon slice.
