Aloo qatlian

Since I started cooking This was the most cooked dish in our home by me.
I am sharing this again to compare my photography skills now and than. Cookpad gave us amazing chance to polish our food photography skills in such an easy way in our zoom session's by @Irina Gogareva Since good food pics has great impact on viewers.

Aloo qatlian

Steps

Heat oil add zeera and green chillies chopped, now add potatoes slices and fry them for few mins keep stirring.

Than add tomatoes and all masalay mix and fry them well potatoes. Flame should be medium to low.
Add water 1glass or enough for cooking potatoes. - 3
Yummilicious aloo qatlian is ready.

When potatoes are tender add fresh coriander and few green chillies and cook on low flame for 5mins.
