Chicken Seekh Kababs are a delicious minced Chicken appetizer seasoned with aromatic spices, onions and herbs and then shaped onto skewers and either pan fried or grilled. Enjoy these with Raita on the side and any Indian Bread. Boneless Chicken should be with fat for that perfect Kababs. It should be always kept in mind. I had used Chicken cubes for this instead of the mince. And ground it to a perfect texture with all the required ingredients.
Healthy scrumptious Kababs cooked to perfection are a foodies delight. Easy, delicious and perfect for any special occasion. The best part is that these are pan fried or shallow fried yet tastes wonderful apart from being healthy of course. These can be done with Lamb mince too and can be enjoyed with homemade Breads.
Enjoy your special days with some awesome flavourful Kababs with your loved ones and friends. Afterall special occasions are meant to be celebrated with all those lovely people who make your life a little more meaningful and happy.
These fluffy, melt in mouth, lip-smacking homemade Hariyali Kababs looks beautiful. The colour itself is the validation. Do check these out for sure. You would definitely love them.

Steps
- 1
Add everything to a grinding jar and make a paste of it. Marinate for about 60 minutes or better still overnight for best results. If you are using boneless chicken, then add everything along with the chicken pieces and the rest of the ingredients as mentioned under the title marination.
- 2
Make a paste of green chillies, mint and coriander leaves and add it to the marination.
- 3
Shape these onto the skewers and pan fry them or can even grill or bake them. Shallow fry in a pan until golden brown on both the sides by turning them over at regular intervals. Do it on a low heat for even cooking.
- 4
Do not over crowd the pan and do it in batches of two or three or more as required. After done these are absolutely ready to be served.
- 5
Serve these juicy, succulent, melt in mouth seekh kababs with naans, rumaali rotis or even a simple matar pulao, cumin rice or ghee rice. A side of onion rings and mint raita would be an added attraction. Enjoy!
