Add 100 ml coconut oil in a vessel and once it's hot Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and Add onion to it. Once onion is sorted Add Ginger garlic paste and allow it to sort. Then Add tomato and sort well to make a good mix. When the mixture is well cooked Add Mutton to it.

Now Add salt as per taste and sort for 3min in high flame. Once sorted Add homemade MUTTON MASALA to it.

Mix well. Add 400ml of water and allow to cook in low flame for 20-30 min (depends on the tenderness of meat)

Once cooked add coriander leaves for taste. Good with rice, Chappati and Dosa.
