Matar paneer
Steps

For preparing masala - Heat oil on kadai & fry Paneer. keep aside. Then add chopped onion & fry it well. Then add ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder. Fry it well. Then grind it in mixer grinder. Keep aside.

Then add 2 tbs. Oil in kadai. Add sahi jeera & bay leaf. Then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chillies & tomato. Add a little water. Fry it well. Then add green Peas, sliced tomato & salt. Fry it for 5 minutes in medium to low flame.

Then add 1/2 cup warm water. Boil, cover & cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. Then add coriander leaves, Garam masala & Paneer. Cover & turn off the flame. Rest it for 5 minutes & serve it with Paratha, Puri, or Roti. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
