Heat oil & add butter in a pan add chopped onions 🧅 ginger garlic 🧄 & green chili sauté for 3-4 minutes
Add capsicum 🫑 sauté it add all spices except pav bhaji masala mix it nicely
Now add blended tomato 🍅 stir it nicely cover it & cook on low flame till oil separate - 2
Add boiled mashed Chole & boiled & mashed veggie & pav bhaji masala mix it nicely & add enough water to make it to the desired consistency.

Garnish with butter & chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with your desired bread 🥖/ roti 🫓
