Strawberry nutella panini

Today I was not up to cooking anything, thanks to the flu. But in the afternoon, I was craving something...SOMETHING. A member of one of the groups had shared this recipe for Strawberry Nutella Panini the other day I was tempted to try it. On a sick day, it was worth the effort to try it out.
The original recipe used Challah bread slices and I had only some slices of brioche bread in addition to white bread. For this recipe the white bread was a no-no. Brioche was a good option as it is a sweet bread.
Making this sandwich is not so difficult. I made two sandwiches. If you don’t have a panini press, like I do, use a grill pan and make this sandwich like a grilled cheese sandwich. No one would know the difference!
Do try this sandwich for brunch, breakfast and even for the kids’ lunch box. They will love it!
