Onion Flower Stalks dry Curry

Chop 1” of Onion Flower Stalks. And cut potato same as onion stalks. Marinade potato with little salt and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil, allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle then add potato (squeeze water) and sauté for around 1 minute, then add chopped onion stalks + green chilli + little salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add turmeric powder + cumin powder + coriander powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes - 3
Add 1 cup water + salt as required, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Check whether veggie is cooked or not.
cover and cook till veggies turn soft, check in between and water is evaporated to some extent. - 4
Uncover and cook further for 2-3 minutes, dish is done.

Serve with phulka / paratha and enjoy this wonderful winter veggie.
