These traditional nutty gond ke laddu are full of flavor, have a great texture and are believed to boost energy instantly. Well-known for the immune boosting and body warming properties, these gond laddu are traditionally made & eaten during the winters in India.

Gond Ke Laddu are delicious, wholesome and rich traditional sweet balls made with edible gum, jaggery, whole wheat flour, nuts, seeds and ghee. These traditional nutty gond ke laddu are full of flavor, have a great texture and are believed to boost energy instantly. Well-known for the immune boosting and body warming properties, these gond laddu are traditionally made & eaten during the winters in India.

First of all, heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a heavy bottom kadai, add edible glue to it and roast it on slow gas flame. (Roasting the same glue causes the glue to stick to each other) Roast the glue till it turns light golden and press the glue with your hand and it should crumble. Roast all the glue in this way.

Now roast almonds, cashews and walnuts in the same pan on slow gas flame. After that, roast the raisins in this too till they bloom. After that, roast the Makhana in the same pan

Now clean the kadai and add desiccated coconut powder to it and dry roast on slow flame of gas till it turns light pink in color. Now crush the glue by lightly pressing it with a masher or a bowl.

Now grind almonds, cashews and walnuts in a mixer jar keeping the mixer on pulse. Now grind the makhana too.

Now add 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, when it melts, add wheat flour to it and roast it till golden color on slow gas flame.

Now add chopped jaggery to a clean pan, add 1 tbsp of ghee and water to it and stir continuously on a slow flame of gas until the jaggery rises and melt it and turn off the gas flame.

Now add roasted wheat flour, dry fruit powder and coconut powder and mix well

After that add crushed edible gum, cardamom powder and 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well. After the mixture cools down a little, make the laddu immediately.

Now our very healthy and nutritious Gond Ke Laddu is ready to serve. Garnish as you wish. This laddu can be stored outside for 1 to 1 & 1/2 months.
