This is an amazing healthy breakfast option prepared with bhagar(barnyard millet). I have added lots of fresh vegetables to make it tastier and healthier

First take 1 cup of bhagar(millet)

Grind in mixer and make powder

Now transfer in a bowl

Add sooji and curd
- 5
Mix with a hand whisker and add 1/2 cup of 2water

Mix well, cover and keep aside for 15min

After 15 min add finely chopped vegetables and 1 pinch cooking soda

Pour one ladle full batter on non stick pan

Sprinkle grated carrot and chopped capsicum

Cover and cook for 2min

Now spread 1tsp oil, flip the Pancake and cook for 1min

Savoury Pancake is ready to serve
