Ingredients

  1. For Dough
  2. 3 cupwheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. Water, as required
  5. Stuffing
  6. Paneer
  7. 3medium sized boiled potato
  8. 1onion
  9. 2green chillie
  10. Coriander
  11. Salt
  12. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  13. 1/4 tspChat masala
  14. 1/2 tspchilli powder

    To make the dough, in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt mix it, add water little by little and kneed to make the soft dough

    For stuffing, finely chop onion, coriander, chillies, and grate paneer

  3. 3

    In mixing bowl take boiled potato and mash it, add chopped onion coriander chillies and grated paneer, salt to taste, cumin, chilly powder, chat masala, and all ingredients, mix well

    Now take the dough, knead it once again, decide it into 8 equal parts, make smooth balls

  5. 5

    Make a small roti with the dough and place a big tbsp of the potato-paneer masala at the centre.

    Fold the roti properly to seal the masala and roll it round in the shape of a paratha.

    Heat a tava, Cook the paratha well on the tava using oil on both sides.

    Serve hot with yogurt and pickle
