1.75 oz (50 grams)spreadable sobrasada
8quail eggs
Colorful potato chips

Toast the bread and spread the sobrasada on top

Fry the quail eggs two at a time (be careful when cracking them) and place them on the sobrasada

Serve with colorful potato chips and olives
