Ingredients

  • 300 gfish egg (cod)
  • 30 gshredded ginger
  • 2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoonMirin (Japanese sweet Sake for seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoonseasoning Sake
  • 50 mlwater

Steps

    Please choose fresh fish egg and wash with salted water

    Mix all seasoning and water, and cook with low heat covering with cooking paper

    Cook well till the sauce thinker
