Ingredients

  1. 300 gfish egg (cod)
  2. 30 gshredded ginger
  3. 2 tablespoonoyster sauce
  4. 2 tablespoonMirin (Japanese sweet Sake for seasoning)
  5. 2 tablespoonseasoning Sake
  6. 50 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Please choose fresh fish egg and wash with salted water

    Mix all seasoning and water, and cook with low heat covering with cooking paper

    Cook well till the sauce thinker
