Sinigang na Liempo (Filipino dish)

Boil pig liempo with water in a pot until it turned soft

Set aside pig liempo first then use the boiled water of pig liempo. Put sliced tomatoes and onion. Let it stand until it boils for 3-5 mins. Add the pig liempo again. And make it boil.

Season with tamarind powder mix and let it boil for 7 mins.

Add fish sauce, salt and pepper.

Add gabi. Let it stand for 5 mins until it boils. Put romaine lettuce in final. Ready to serve!
