Serves 2 servings
  • 4 slicesbread
  • 1.75 oz (50 grams)spreadable sobrasada
  • 8quail eggs
  • Colorful potato chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast the bread and spread the sobrasada on top

  2. 2

    Fry the quail eggs two at a time (be careful when cracking them) and place them on the sobrasada

  3. 3

    Serve with colorful potato chips and olives
