Ingredients

1 cupbathua
2 cupfresh curd
2green chilli
1"ginger
1/2 tsprai or cuminseeds
1/4 tspred chilli powder
6-7curryleaves
1 pinchasafoeitida
as per tastesalt
1 spoonoil

Steps

Boils the bathua cool it & roughly cross it.

Add curd & salt mix it well.Heat a seasoning pan add oil put cuminseeds,asafoeitida,greenchilli,ginger& curryleaves crackle& pour on the raita.Bathua raita is ready serve with roti,paratha, or boiled rice.
