Ingredients

45 minutes
3-4 people
  • 200 gmsfresh green Chholia { CHANA } washed & boiled with little salt 🧂
  • 1 tbspeach capsicum 🫑 { green red & yellow } nicely chopped
  • 2 trap chopped carrots 🥕
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1red chili 🌶️ chopped
  • 1/2green tomato 🍅 chopped { remove seeds }
  • 1 tbspchopped green garlic 🧄
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspchopped ginger
  • 2 tbsproasted oats & grind coarsely
  • As Per TasteSalt 🧂
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
  • 1/2 tspeach garam masala & roasted crushed jeera
  • As RequiredOil for shallow fry

  1. 1

    Mash coarsely boiled Chana & take in a bowl 🥣 add all the chopped veggies, spices & oats. Mix it well with a light hand & check the seasoning

    Put little oil on the palm ✋ & make kababs you can make small big or whatever shape you like you can

    Heat tawa on gas put little oil & put the kabab for shallow fry from both sides { when you flip the kabab do it slowly otherwise shape will go}
