Andhra style chutney made of Kura Dosakaya or Budamkaya as known in Telugu language is a treat to our tastebuds. It's a comfort food for all. A simple yet a flavourful chutney that tastes great alongside a steaming hot plate of plain boiled Rice and just Papad. It's such a bliss.
The best part is that it's done instantly with just a few everyday pantry staples. A generous drizzle of pure homemade Ghee or Clarified Butter would definitely double up it's taste and texture. It's a treat not just to our tastebuds but looks beautiful as well and is a visual delight to the eyes too. Do give it a try and experience for yourselves the magic of this flavourful chutney from Andhra Pradesh.

It's an excellent option for everyday meals especially Breakfast and is a perfect accompaniment or a side for Dosas, Idlis, Upma, Pesarattu, Idiyappams, Parota, Appams etc. For a change, this flavourful chutney is a beautiful choice compared to the regular Coconut, Onion Tomato and Ginger chutneys.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
