Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsRice
  2. 5 piecesKo kum soaked
  3. 2 ltrWater
  4. 100 gmCurd
  5. 2 tbspGhee desi
  6. 1 tspWhole spices
  7. As Per TasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  9. 2Chopped onion
  10. 1 tspCumin seeds

    Boil the rice 90% using 2 ltr water & 1bsp salt, boil it at high flame for 5 mins then slow the flame for 5 mins then drain the water & spread the rice on the plate.

    Take a pan to add ghee let it hot add cumin seeds and cracks it add onion saute it add whole spice.

  3. 3

    Now add curd and cook it for 1 min. Add kokum & rice stir it & roast it for 2 mins.

  4. 4

    For good taste add 2 tsp homemade malai, add salt
    If needed sprinkle some water & lid the pan for 10 mins on the slow flame.

    After 10 mins remove the flame.

  6. 6

    Now open it & sprinkle the coriander on it.

  7. 7

    Serve it hot with some pickles and enjoy it. kokum gives it a sweet & sour taste.
