2 cupsmaize flour
1 cupchopped spring onions
1 tspcumin seeds
As per tasteSalt
1 tbspchopped green chillies
1boiled mashed potato
As RequiredCold pressed Peanut oil/butter/ghee as required

Mix all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Add warm water and make a soft dough.

Make 6 portions. Now roll the roti.

Heat the gridle/tawa. Place the roti and cook on one side. Flip and cook on other side. Smear some oil on both sides and cook.

Serve with sarson ka saag.
