Banana and coconut milk shake

Steps
- 1
Break coconut and remove the edible part of the coconut, wash and cut in small bits
- 2
Blend the coconut till the flakes become smoother then remove and sieve out the milk. Add little water to produce more milk and keep aside
- 3
Peel your ginger and put in blender. Add the pineapple to it and blend till it becomes smooth then add the bananas (peeled) and blend again.
- 4
When the mixture in the blender is perfectly smooth, add the coconut nut milk and a teaspoon of vanilla flavor then blend for 30 seconds for a perfect mix
- 5
Pour out from blender to a jug or any other container with cover. You can add a little water to rinse off remnants from the blender and pour too.
- 6
Refrigerate you milkshake and enjoy.
- 7
Note: do not throw away the coconut flakes. Put it on a pan and allow it to dry.””I will post a recipe soon on how to use it
