Ingredients

30 min
  1. 1 bunchripe bananas
  2. 1large coconut
  3. 1medium ginger
  4. 1sliced pineapple (small slice)
  5. Vanilla flavor

    Break coconut and remove the edible part of the coconut, wash and cut in small bits

  2. 2

    Blend the coconut till the flakes become smoother then remove and sieve out the milk. Add little water to produce more milk and keep aside

  3. 3

    Peel your ginger and put in blender. Add the pineapple to it and blend till it becomes smooth then add the bananas (peeled) and blend again.

  4. 4

    When the mixture in the blender is perfectly smooth, add the coconut nut milk and a teaspoon of vanilla flavor then blend for 30 seconds for a perfect mix

  5. 5

    Pour out from blender to a jug or any other container with cover. You can add a little water to rinse off remnants from the blender and pour too.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate you milkshake and enjoy.

    Note: do not throw away the coconut flakes. Put it on a pan and allow it to dry.””I will post a recipe soon on how to use it
