Steps

Apply ghee on a steel or aluminium tray and set aside.

Soak saffron in hot water for 30 minutes. (I used Bell Saffron)

Place pan on low flame,saute the grated coconut without browning it.

Add sugar and stir.Once it turns to a lump add saffron with the water.Add ghee,stir till a bit dry.

Transfer to the tray and spread to required thickness.
- 6
Sprinkle pistachios and press lightly.Let set for few seconds and slice it.
