Air fryer hoisin 5 spice belly pork slice

Pork always makes me smile as it's connected to a very happy memory of when I first moved out of my family home and had to start cooking or myself. I ate a lot of pork back then :)
Continuing to experiment with the air fryer and made this sweet, salty and delicious pork in just 20 minutes. I recently read that if a pressure cooker half the cooking time of a conventional oven by 50 % and an air fryer takes up 20% of a pressure cooker's time. I use this as a loose rule for myself as I experiment with this new kitchen tool.
You could also make this in a conventional oven - cook pork slices as you normally.
