Ingredients: Boiled/canned/rotisserie chicken; 1 carton Chicken stock; 1 cup Water; 3-4 celery sticks chopped; 2-3 adult carrots chopped; 1/4 Tsp granulated garlic; 1/3 Tsp Dried parsley; 1/4 Tsp Onion powder; 1 bag twisted egg noodles; 1/2 Tsp Salt; 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper; 1/2 white onion minced; Olive oil

The best thing for when you're under the weather. 🌡️ If you want the best results, boil chicken on low overnight. For a quick alternative, use cooked in store rotisserie chicken, or canned chicken. If you have no chicken stock, bouillon is okay.

Boiled/canned/rotisserie chicken
1 cartonChicken stock
1 cupWater

1 bagtwisted egg noodles

Boil raw chicken breasts, and shred.
• shred rotisserie chicken (use whatever part[white meat is best]).
• drain liquid from canned chicken.

Preheat a Dutch oven(cast iron pot) to Medium-high heat.

Add water (and a heavy amount of salt) and bring to a boil. Add in egg noodles and cook half al dente. Set noodles aside and add oil to prevent noodles sticking to each other.

Turn down heat to medium. Drain water from pot, add olive oil and throw in onion, carrots, and celery. Cool vegetables until soft. (Onions are transparent)

Add in chicken and seasonings. Then add chicken stock(bouillon) and water.

Bring to a soft simmer and add noodles back in and cook until Al Dente.

Simmer for 20 minutes and ladle into bowls. Enjoy
