This dish is made of eggless noodles and some veggies, stir fried on a high flame to maintain crunchy taste.
Steps

Boil water in a pan, add oil and salt to taste. Add noodles. Cook till crunchy and hard, do not over cooked. Otherwise it will be mushy. Strain water, again strain cold water on it, so cooking process will stop. Apply oil to stickiness with each other.

Now take a kadai, add oil, heat on high flame. Add onions saute it. Add ginger garlic chilli paste, saute it. Now add all veggies, stir well on high flame, don't over cooked.

Add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, combine well. Now add noodles and mix well.

Turn off gas. Sprinkle spring onions. Serve hot. Enjoy.
