The variety of different cuisines they have is staggering and their coffee is the best you will find anywhere in the world!And speaking of coffee, this recipe for the common Millennial breakfast food of Avocado Toast was inspired by the frequent morning visits to the different coffee houses in Sydney and Melbourne. It seemed that every one of them served up their own different version of "Smashed Avo on Toast" and for this recipe, I've combined elements from my favourites.
