Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -20 mins

5-6strawberries
1/4 cupBeetroot
1 cupMaida or All-purpose Flour
1/2 cupyogurt
1/4 cupmilk
2 Tbspjaggery powder
2 Tbspbutter
Drizzle honey and some strawberries

Prep time -10 mins, Cooking time -20 mins

In a blender add washed strawberries, washed and peeled Beetroot, yogurt and blend smooth

Add to Maida and add jaggery powder and milk to make a batter

In a pan add butter and add a ladle of the pancake, on medium flame fry and flip. Each side 1 min, set aside. Give shape of heart and set aside

Drizzle with honey and add strawberries

The batter should be pouring consistency
