First take wheat flour put in wide vessel add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, asafoetida, oil mix well and take needed water make dough as a roti. Keep in side 10 minitus. Then dough rubbing till smooth consistency. Round ball make similar size.

Now iron Tawa put on Gas let it hot in small flame. Take rolling board put ball in flour rolling thepla by rolling pin. Every thepla cello fry using oil till brown colour.

Now take cooker put on Gas put one glass water add salt and potato 's half pieces boiled till 3 whistles. When cooker cool put potatoes in dish and remove bark do pieces using knife.

Now take vessel put on Gas add oil let it hot then add cumin seeds crackle add asafoetida then put potatoes pieces sauté. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala stirring till proper mix then serve in bowl sprinkle coriander leaves.

Tasty and delicious masala Thepla serve with potato sabji and curd or tea 🍵
Tips
You can add in thepla garlic paste.
You can add in potato 's sabji tomato pieces.
