This aglio olio recipe is a hit in my home. We all love it. You can try variations by adding freshly grated cheese, broccoli etc.

This aglio olio recipe is a hit in my home. We all love it. You can try variations by adding freshly grated cheese, broccoli etc.
Steps

In a large bottom vessel add 4 to 5 cups of water and keep it to boil. Add a tsp of olive oil and tsp salt to this boiling water.

When water starts boiling add the spaghetti and let it cook. Takes about 6 to 7 minutes. When the spaghetti cooks three fourth, switch off the gas, remove it and drain the excess water.

Take a wok or kadai, add to it the olive oil when it heats up add the finely chopped garlic.

Let the garlic brown a bit in the olive oil, then add the spaghetti to it and toss and mix all this nicely with a fork. Keep the gas on a medium flame.

Then to all this add the mix of Italian herbs, dry red chilli flakes, salt to taste and the fresh cut coriander leaves. Give it a mix again. Ready to serve.
