Ingredients

  • 200 gGlutenous Flour
  • 50 garrowroot flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1/4 g salt
  • 300 ml pandal juice
  • 250 g Young Coconut meat
  • 50 g dried longan
  • White sesame

Steps

    Mix Glutenous flour, arrowroot flour, salt and sugar. Knead the mix flour with pandan juice by gradually adding pandan juice. After that cover for 1 hour. Add dried longan, white sesame and young coconut meat whisk to combine well.

    Scoop into the banana leaf krathong. Bring to steam 25-30 minutes. Allow them to cool down. Ready to enjoy.
