Prick boiled potatoes with folk or knife. Heat 2 tspoon oil in pan add potatoes add red chilli powder salt turmericpowder mix well shellow fry for 2 min. Remove in plate keep aside.

Heat up pan add 2 tabspoon oil add chopped onions saute add whole spices saute for 5 min. add ginger garlic saute all till onions turns soft add tometoes saute till tometoes get soft or use tomato puree add cashunuts saute all

Switch off the flame let it will be cool. Take out in blender blend into smooth thick paste keep aside.
Now heat up remaining oil in pan add cumin seeds add all dry spices powder add paste mix well add curd stir continuesly add garam masala powder salt kasuri methi crushed let it boil add green coriander leaves. - 4
Your Kashmiri dum aloo ready to serve.
Serve with chapati naan bread roti paratha puri rice.
