Wash your kidney and liver with lime and salt properly, strain it and keep aside

Get a small bowl put some amount of oil (3 tablespoon) add your peppered powder, ginger & garlic powder, and any seasoning cube and spices of your choice mix and mix

Now mix your marinade sauce and your protein together make sure it’s well incorporated, seal it with a cling film and allow to marinate for 2 hrs (or overnight)

Wash your veggies

Cut into cubes

Get your skewers wash and dry them.. bring out your protein and begin to assemble them on the skewers

Grill on medium to low heat
