My neighborhood grocer gave me this recipe.

Steps
- 1
Remove seeds from peppers, and cut into thin strips. Rub the salt into the shirataki noodles, rinse, and cut into bite-sized lengths.
- 2
Briskly sautè peppers in a heated pan, add the shirataki noodles, and continue to stir-fry.
- 3
Add sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and sake, then simmer until the liquid completely boils away.
- 4
I made it with block konnyaku, and used chili peppers, as was recommended by many Cookpad users. It's delicious.
