Wash aloo gobhi properly & fry on low flame.After frying transfer fry aloo,gobhi to another bowl.

In a blender jar add onion,ginger,cloves, cumin seeds and prepare paste.

In the same kadai add this paste with little water and cook on low flame while stirring until it changes colour,also add hing.

Add salt,red chilli, turmeric and garam masala powder.Stir well.

Then add curd while stirring continuously on high flame,also add little water.

When the curd is cooked properly add the fry aloo,gobhi.Cook for another 2-4 min.& Off the flame 🔥

Transfer to a serving bowl garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
